Per-row menu with confirm-on-delete pattern.
What this demonstrates
The row menu separates navigation and mutation actions. Keep authorization and the request itself in the host application, and use the confirmation provider for destructive operations.
RowActionView receives the selected row and builds a route from its stable
identifier. RowActionDelete handles the confirmation and pending interaction;
the onDelete callback is where the application should call its delete
endpoint and invalidate the listing.
The preview uses a delayed local callback so the success toast and pending state are visible without mutating shared demo data.
