Pending skeleton overlay while data is refreshing.
What this demonstrates
isPending keeps the table structure visible while the data is being
refetched. Use this state for an initial load or a server refresh when
preserving the current table context is more useful than replacing the table
with a page-level spinner.
The preview uses local rows so the loading state is deterministic. In a
server-driven table, pass the same flag while the request for data,
rowCount, or filter options is pending.
