Custom empty state when there are no rows.
What this demonstrates
The table has no rows, so it renders the supplied emptyState instead of an
empty grid. Keep the message specific to the state: “No people yet” is
different from “No results match your filters.”
For a filtered-empty state, keep the current filters visible and provide a clear-filters action in the surrounding toolbar. The host application owns the action that creates the first record.
